why kita kena puasa??

assalamualaikum wbt..
hah.. sapa tak puasa hari ni?? kahkahkah.. ok2.. nak ucapkan selamat berpuasa kepada muslimin & muslimat. walaupun da masuk hari ke3 puasa ni kan tak salah kan kalu nak wish. boleh jadi selamat untuk esok kan. ok kepada chinese or indian or any other kaum in Malaysia, hope this month you guys be more patient k.. ye la kan.. dorang tak dapat tau nak fun fun sangat macam biasa. hmm.. Ramadhan ni beri keberkatan kepada semua orang kan. tahu tak even if u see the doctor about sakit sakit berkaitan dengan badan kita (well, nama penyakit tu lupa la), some doctor advice you to fasting because when you're fasting it give ur system to relax. i mean for all the entire years we been consume a lot of things which i can guarantee that half of it is non-beneficial to us. during  those time, our system have a hard time to digest all of those things. as you know most of our food today used MSG. its kidda artificial flavor which kick you tongue begging for some more. haha. and all of those junk food, canned food, instant noodle, instant porridge, every things that are instant not really welcome to our system. so what i was saying is.., during the fasting our system able to clean our system/stomach from the not-so-good stuff that we eat. and the system able relax as i mention above. what happen if you work 24/7 every days every weeks every years. we wont even be alive for the next 2month. its goes the same to our stomach. it can make u ill if it work every single years. it wont kill u if u take a break for just a single month for the entire year. why during the fasting our system able to relax? well, it because during the fasting, we need to eat high fiber, high vitamins, drinks a lot of water to avoid dehydration. and other food that is good and fresh. fresh ok not just any other junk food. when we eat healthy, out body stay healthy. haha. right?? fasting also helps to reduce the sugar levels and of coz our cholesterol. if u have high level of sugar or cholesterol all u need to do is, eat healthy during the fasting days. dont take high sugar or u fasting will go to waste. and do take sugar because our body cant survive for 3 days w/o sugar. take sugar only the amount that u need ok. AND do take a lot of fruits and vege. hahhhh.. lastly, im not a doctor and not gonna be one, so these things come from my brain and some stuff that i read. if u seek real explanation on the advantage of fasting, u should find a muslim doctor. i bet they made better job that i did. hehe..
